I have just registered but I cannot access my account, where is the problem?
First please make sure you typed the right user name and the right password since they are case sensitive.

All high-resolution images you download have no watermarks. The only images watermarked are the thumbnails visible on the site.
What does Credit stand for?
When registering as a member you have access to volume discount packages, a credit is 2K Stock Photo method of payment for images. This means that you pay for buying credits. A credit is the unit used to download images. For each image a certain number of credits are deducted from your account. The unused credits are kept in your account for future use.
What method of payment do you accept?
We partnered PayPal.com to provide you several options for buying the images. You can pay using your PayPal account or if you don't have one, using your credit card via the Authorize.net option. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
Why do you have several licenses for a single image?
We provide a regular Royalty Free License which is suitable for most types of usage at a very low cost. However, there are times when this license may not fit your usage. In such cases, you can check one of the additional licenses which provide additional rights over the use of an image, for an additional cost.
How can I download a image again?
To download a file again, (within the 24 hour period) please return to the file close-up page. The system recognizes that had been paid and does not charge you any additional credits for the re-download.
The file I just downloaded is not 300dpi, why?
The images you downloaded are output by different cameras, scanners or other equipment. The default resolution on some of them could be lower than 300 dpi. Before you download a file, first make sure you check the "Print size" displayed for both web and print use. Use any graphical software to adjust its resolution (if you are using Adobe Photoshop, make sure you unchecked the re-sample image option before changing the resolution of the file to 300dpi).
Do credits expire?
Credits acquired with a credits package expire after one year. You will be sent a notification email before they expire, in order to remind you that there are unused credits left. Subscription packages don't use credits, they give you access to a specific number of images per month. When one month passed the subscription automatically ends.
I do not have a credit card or a PayPal account. How can I buy credits?
We strongly encourage you to contact your local bank and request an international credit card. We have customers from all over the world and we accept cards issued by any bank, as long as they are internationally valid. If all these cannot be done, you can contact us here for details on how to make a payment using a regular bank check, money order or cashiers check. Note that the credits are added only after the bank clears your funds, therefore delays can appear.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, please login and then click on Edit Account link, this will bring up your personal details and allow you to edit your password.
What kind of images can I upload?
We are looking for well defined commercial concepts, marketable good compositions with creative insight, high technical level in terms of color, definition and lighting. We encourage digital processing and creativity, as long as it gives the image more appeal, but keeping in mind the generic essence of stock imagery. The subject should be as generic as possible, while compositions clear, without elements that can distract the viewer from the main theme. We value intellectual creative process which makes the difference between concept and point-and-shoot.
How do I receive my payment?
Photographers can request a payment as soon as their earnings balance is higher than £55. Payment will be sent via PayPal or Money Bookers however a period of at least 30 days is required when we have received payment from unverified sources to prevent any fraud and to keep our service protecting photographers both photographs and earning.
What requirements do you have?
All files must be uploaded in JPG format, RGB, free of noise or any other artifacts, with a minimum size 800 x 600 pixels, and a upper size limit of 10000 x 10000 pixels.
My images were refused by you but they got approved and sell on other websites, why?
We would like to accept as many images as possible, but we reserve the right to refuse images that do not fit our marketing strategy. Each stock agency has its own audience and strategy. We encourage photographers to enquiry about a refusal by replying to the notification email.
I have several people included in my photo. How do I apply for Model release documents?

I am a contributor and I want to join 2kStockPhoto.info. What Should I do?

If I will not upload any images, will the sales be stopped?
No, this is not true. One of the main advantages of stock photography is that your royalties will keep on coming over a long time interval. It is nevertheless true that if you keep uploading, the sales increase much faster.
I am a contributor, how can I close my account?
You can disable all files approved more than six months ago at any time.
I requested a payment, why the amount does not appear in the revenue area?
Until the payment is approved the amount disappears from the status area. It will be added in the revenue area after it is approved. Note that it can take up to 24 hours to be updated.
I requested a payment, how long it will take before I will get it?
If you select a payment via bank check, it usually takes two weeks for the check to reach you. If you choose Paypal, Payoneer, it may take a few days up to one week. No payments are sent during weekends.
How long it will take for my files to be reviewed?
After you submit your files, they reach a pending line from where they will be reviewed in a chronological order. A few days are usually required. Feel free to submit more images while the first submissions wait their review.
What licenses are granted with the images?
The regular downloads are accompanied by our Royalty Free. For types of usage that are not included in this license you can use our other types of licenses which are more expensive than the Royalty Free one.
May I use the image on a business card?
If the design of the business card is unique, meaning you don not sell the same design to different companies, you can use the images as long as the total number of cards (for all employees) does not not exceed 100 copies. Note that the images cannot be used as part of a logo with any type of license that we provide, unless you have purchased it as a logo via prior agreement.
Can I use the photos bought for more than one project?
If each project is different as a concept (not a template based presentation) then you can use the photos for more than one client, you don not have to buy them twice. If the concept is the same you cannot use the images because this will be seen as redistribution. The total number of copies should not exceed 3 copies.
May I download the same photo twice?
In case of a download failure, you can download the same image as many times as you need if you try again within 24 hours from the first attempt. No other credits will be deducted if you download the same version and license. If the 24 hours have expired and you are unable to open or cannot find the file downloaded, please contact support and you will receive your image via email.
May I use the image on a postcard?
The images downloaded using the regular Royalty Free can be included on postcards sent to a company's clients and/or partners ONLY if the postcard is advertising the company's services and products. You cannot sell these postcards unless agreed by prior arrangement contact us. Our images can be used in postcards that are to be resold ONLY if you acquire the extended license.
What is the maximum number of copies that I can use?
For Royalty Free Images we ask that you use each image once per project at these price who can complain, there are other license available such as Editorial image usage (Editorial Policy) and Rights Managed Image usage (Rights Managed Policy) , please review policies for more information.

My file download 100% but I am unable to open it. What should I do?
If the file downloaded completely but your software program does not open it, try again using another program. If you still experience problems contact support.
Do the licenses ever expire?
Our licenses are lifetime granted. You pay for the image only once and then you can use it as many times as you like, with restrictions regarding allowed number of copies, single user, etc.
I just paid but the credit does not show. WHY?
The companies we use for processing the credit cards may encounter technical problems. The entire transaction is performed on their side and due to a technical glitch their system may not redirect you to our site. For example if you are using Paypal, ensure you click the Return to merchant button, located on their confirmation page. Make sure you follow their instructions and if you still encounter a problem simply send us the confirmation email in order to add the credits.
My details on the Credit Card are correct but I receive an error, WHY?
If you are paying using your credit card, ensure you have included the card code located on the back of your card. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is the last 4 digits at the very end of your card number.
